Mycoplasma is a bacterial infection caused by Mycoplasma capsulatum and is found in many countries in the world. It is also the most common cause of human immunodeficiency virus infections, including AIDS, and most recently, the following infections caused by Meningococcus:

Chronic hepatitis C
Chronic bacterial prostatitis
Bacterial vaginosis
